AS A CHARITY, WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO REFUND DONATIONS BY LAW, EXCEPT IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
If you wish to request a refund for any amounts paid to LIA Relief Trust, you will need to contact our Head Office:

We treat all requests for any refunds with the utmost importance and respect. We may ask for additional information or questions in order to help us determine the reasons for your request and if a refund of any donations are applicable.
We cannot guarantee any timescales on refunds however, we will always aim to process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your request for a refund will be handled responsibly by the relevant department and progress will be informed as appropriate.

Disclaimer: The donated funds will be used for the project, however in the event that the project cannot be started or completed, such as lack of sufficient funds or other circumstances, then we will use your funds for similar beneficiaries or urgent emergency response.
